Helping you come back to who you are—so you can feel calm, connected, and free to live with authenticity.
Where science meets soul—and the journey home begins…
This work began with a deep curiosity about the patterns that shape us—from the harmonic architecture of the brain to the hidden stories we carry within. As a neuroscientist, I spent years exploring consciousness through connectome harmonics, uncovering how the brain organizes experience through wave-like patterns. But my own path led inward—through meditation, Gestalt therapy, Jungian analysis, dreamwork, and body-based healing. I came to see that the same longing for harmony exists not only in the brain, but in our psyche. My private practice as well as MeTruely were born from this convergence: a space where the clarity of science meets the depth of the psyche—and where others can return, gently and bravely, to who they truly are.
Who I Am in the Room
I’m not here to analyze you from a distance or hand you answers. I’m here to sit beside you—attuned, present, and curious. I bring with me a unique blend of science and soul: years spent researching consciousness as a neuroscientist, and years spent listening deeply in the therapy room. My approach is relational, integrative, and trauma-informed, weaving together Gestalt, Jungian, somatic, and mindfulness-based practices. Most of all, I offer a space where all parts of you are welcome—including the ones you’ve had to hide. Together, we make space for what’s true—and gently invite your authentic self to come forward.
HOW THIS WORK HOLDS YOU
a little more about me
-
I’m a BACP-registered counsellor in private practice and a neuroscientist with a long-standing fascination for consciousness. I hold a PhD in medical imaging from a joint program between the Technical University of Munich and Imperial College London, and have held postdoctoral research positions at the University of New South Wales (Sydney), Universitat Pompeu Fabra (Barcelona), the Centre for Psychedelic Research at Imperial College London, and the Centre for Eudaimonia and Human Flourishing at the University of Oxford. My scientific work focused on brain dynamics across different states of consciousness—including sleep, meditation, psychedelics, and early development—using fMRI and a mathematical framework based on harmonic waves, a pattern found throughout nature.
After more than a decade in neuroscience research, I trained as a Gestalt counsellor at the Gestalt Centre London and continued to deepen my practice through Jungian dream analysis and body-oriented mindfulness-based psychotherapy, as well as meditation. Today, I bring all of this into my counselling work—offering a space where neuroscience meets the human psyche, and where you’re supported in returning to your own authentic self.

My journey has taken me from labs and lecture halls to therapy rooms and deep inner work. What began as a scientific quest to understand consciousness through the brain’s harmonic patterns gradually became a more personal exploration—one that led me through meditation, Gestalt therapy, Jungian analysis, dreamwork, and body-based practices. Along the way, I came to see that healing is not just a matter of knowledge, but of presence, relationship, and listening to what lives beneath the surface. Now, I bring together the clarity of science and the depth of lived experience to support others in reconnecting with themselves—gently, truthfully, and at their own pace.

My passion lies in supporting others on their own unique journey back to themselves. I’m deeply drawn to the quiet, powerful process of becoming more whole—of uncovering the parts of us that had to be hidden, and making space for the truth of who we are to come forward. Through my in-person practice and through MeTruely, I offer spaces for this unfolding—whether through one-to-one sessions or self-led exploration. However the journey looks, I’m here to walk alongside those who are ready to live more freely, more gently, and more in tune with their authentic self.
