Now helping people navigate transformation
through science and depth psychology

Navigate transformation. Come home to yourself.

I help people navigate transformation—whether it arrives through life, therapy, meditation, psychedelic experiences, or a deeper call to become themselves.

As a neuroscientist, therapist, and consciousness researcher, I bring together rigorous science and depth psychology to help people make sense of profound inner change and integrate it into everyday life.

Ways to work with me

Depth & Body-oriented Therapy

Relational, depth-oriented psychotherapy drawing on neuroscience, Jungian psychology, Gestalt therapy, dreamwork, and body-based awareness.

For those seeking deeper healing, self-understanding, and lasting change.

The science beneath the work

Neuroscience of Consciousness

Connectome Harmonics

What if the brain could be understood like music—each moment of thought, perception, or awareness composed from harmonically organised patterns?

Psychedelic State

What happens in the brain when consciousness is radically altered—when the boundaries of the self dissolve, time expands, and the world is perceived with heightened intensity?

Loss of Consciousness

What distinguishes a brain that is conscious from one that is not? And how can we understand the subtle boundary between minimal awareness and its apparent absence?

Meditative Brain

Meditation is often associated with stillness, presence, and inner peace—but what does that look like in the brain?

Manifolds

Can complex data, like brain activity patterns, be translated into an elegant, low-dimensional map that reveals its underlying structure?

Archetypes

What if the deepest symbolic patterns of the mind—mythic imagery, universal motifs, and archetypal stories—could be understood not just metaphorically, but mathematically?

From
Connectome Harmonics to Harmony Within

My journey began in the world of neuroscience, where I spent over a decade studying consciousness and developing the framework of connectome harmonics—a mathematical approach to understanding the patterns underlying different states of consciousness.

As my research deepened, so did my curiosity. While science could reveal the dynamics of the brain, it could not fully answer the questions that mattered most: How do we heal? How do we find meaning? How do we become more fully ourselves?

These questions led me beyond the laboratory and into the depths of lived experience. Through meditation, psychotherapy, dreamwork, altered states, and my own inner journey, I discovered another dimension of understanding—one rooted not only in knowledge, but in transformation.

Today, my work brings these worlds together. The same fascination that once led me to explore harmony in the brain now guides my exploration of harmony within: helping people navigate change, integrate profound experiences, and reconnect with who they truly are.

How to experience harmony within?

The self you had to hide to fit in is the one that holds the key to your freedom and the way back to wholeness.

Begin the Journey

Not every transformation starts with therapy or a six-month programme.

Sometimes it begins with a single insight.

Strong Woman Detox is a self-paced introduction to the patterns that keep many high-achieving women disconnected from themselves—and the first steps toward greater freedom, authenticity, and inner peace.
